FAME Vendor Agreement

Vendor is renting an 8 foot table of indoor vendor space during the WNY Film, Art & Music Event on Satuday September 16 from 10am to 5pm. Set up begins one hour prior to the start of festival. Tear down is to be complete by 6pm. Table and two chairs are provided. Space is limited. First Come First Serve. Only one vendor per company. Reservation is not complete until payment is received. The event address Genesee Community College, One College Road, Batavia, N.Y. 14020. Vendor space is in the same room as acoustic music.

Do not leave your vendor space unattended. FAME, Beaver Alley Studios Inc, and GCC are not responsible for stolen or damaged merchandise. Vendor is responsible for collecting all applicable taxes and licenses associated with their booth. Vendor certifies that they will not sell anything in violation of any state, federal or local laws. Anyone under the age of 18 will not be admitted without an adult. Sorry, No refunds unless event is canceled.
